  • How the 30-Day Trial Works

 

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to try your Movari™ product. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within this period.

 

  • Eligibility for Returns

 

  • To be eligible for a return:
  • The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be returned in reasonable condition, with all original components included

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Products returned with excessive wear, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

 

  • Return Process

 

  • To start a return, please contact our support team at support@movarihealth.com with your order number. Our team will provide return instructions and next steps.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

  • Refunds

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

  • Shipping Costs

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • For international shipments, return shipping times and costs may vary. Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
