How the 30-Day Trial Works
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to try your Movari™ product. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within this period.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery

The item must be returned in reasonable condition, with all original components included

Proof of purchase is required
Products returned with excessive wear, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@movarihealth.com with your order number. Our team will provide return instructions and next steps.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
International Orders
For international shipments, return shipping times and costs may vary. Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
